What’s Your Top 10 “Thanks 2020”?

It’s finally here—and finished! *exhalesyearlongbreath*

It can feel that way. And the next urge might be to close (lock/bar/guard) the door and be done. 

But…there’s one surefire way to jumpstart 2021. With energy, peace, and even joy. 
Do a mini Grateful Reflection of 2020 🙂

It’s simple. It’s powerful. And it will do wonderful things for your mind body and soul, like…

  • release happy endorphins
  • boost your immune system
  • better relationships
  • greater confidence
  • and more energy! 

You can do a simple version. 
Try 10 for 10. 
Take 10 mins. Lay down, be still and think back on your top 10 memorable moments of 2020:

  • Difficult challenges. 
  • Inspired solutions.
  • Emotional a-has.

Simply express (write/draw/etch a sketch…) gratitude to the Divine for what made it memorable. What got you through. What helped you become who you are now. 

At the end of each year I love to do this kind of exercise. 
And it is profound to me how much love, joy, gratitude, and memories flow to and through me.

If you’re game, try this with your family. Go around a few times as each shares a memorable moment, and what they can be grateful for in it. 

2020 was truly an incredible year. 

If we have eyes to see and ears to hear.
Let’s celebrate what was, so that we can fully open to what can be.
