Tip #1: Simple Snacks: Taste Great, Lose weight!
Hi Ladies,
Eating regularly throughout the day is key to losing weight. Here is my top ten must-have snacks, and each around 200 calories or lower. An easy and tasty way to keep from skipping meals!
1. Greek Yogurt. Peach with 1-2 Tablespoons of chopped walnuts mixed in. (Ever tried it frozen and then let it thaw for a little bit? Yum, like dessert.)
2. 10 almonds or 4 walnut halves with 10 Ghiradelli 60% Cacao Chips
3. “Kind” Bars or any protein bar that is low in sugar
4. String Cheese with Almonds
5. “Wholly Guacamole” 100 calorie packs with pita chips
5. Apple with 1 T. of peanut or almond butter
6. 1 oz of peanuts w/ 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
7. Cottage Cheese with raisins or 1/2 cantaloupe
8. Carrot Sticks w/ a few slices of turkey
9. 3 oz. Tuna Pouch drizzled with low calorie dressing and a few crackers
10. Veggies with 2 T. hummus
