What are the four keys to a successful habit? James Clear of Atomic Habits has it right.

He says to make it:

easy
attractive
satisfying
obvious

EASO for short.

For example, with health and wellness goals you don’t need to hit the gym.

You don’t need to exhaust yourself then drag through the day.

And you don’t need to be extreme, stressed, or fanatical.

Keep it simple.
Choose what you love.
Make it easy.

I keep my weights and the yoga ball behind my olive tree; my mat in a near closet; and my workout clothes in a handy tub.

Everything is easy to grab, use, and put away.

It’s possibly Pinterest worthy. (Picture of my pink-faced sweatiness not depicted here…)

And if I wake up sore, tired, or not feeling it, I adjust. Forget 40 minutes of weights, I’ll do 20.

No boring follow along video, I use my sticky note of power workouts and put on a Michael Jackson playlist.
