Over the past five weeks (and actually eleven years) I’ve seen great things from one goal a week in the lives of the 8-week Challengers. In just this challenge, women have organized their homes, create life visions, worked out consistently, and even written songs! It’s so joyful to see them blossom and feel happy in their daily lives, all from something small like one goal a week.
What do you want to accomplish this week? You still have time to achieve it. No need to create paralyzing restrictions, just get it done by Monday at 6 a.m.! Last week my Get Organized goal was to create a Mom Binder. And I put it off until the absolute last possible minute! This binder would hold all family info, from admin type things like contact numbers, school info, etc., to family goals and yearly calendar projects, vacations, and to dos. Yes, I have lots on my iPhone but it’s fabulous to have it in one place for anyone to access as they need it.
So the week flew by, crazy busy, and even me a little avoidant. But by Saturday, I felt that dangling carrot motivation and put fingers to keyboard and got it done. It felt so good! Having the goal written down and staring at me kept me accountable to do something I really did want to do.
Small and steady wins the prize. And it’s so enjoyable, especially using the 8-week Challenge and the one-goal-a-week formula from Faithful, Fit & Fabulous. Ladies, this works. Start anytime and just go for it! Carol R. says,”I really love this program it really makes feel so much more responsible for what I need to be doing. We all know what we need to be doing. It is just doing it.”
So this week, let’s do it! Use my resources on www.conniesokol.com. Connect with a helpful friend to stay motivated. Write and post what you want to achieve and read it daily. Whatever you need to do, do it to feel that joy of moving forward!
Best,
Connie
