This is fabulously simple and soooo tasty. Make it as thick or brothy as you like. Pair with soft rolls and a warm dessert and you’ve got a quick but comfort food dinner for sure!

EZ Chicken Noodle Soup
Assemble time: 3-5 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
Feeds: 6-8+ people
Ingredients:
2 Family size cans of chicken broth
(add 1-2 reg size cans for a little more broth)
1 small bag of frozen carrots
1 small bag of frozen peas
1/2 a family-size bag of egg noodles (use any pasta)
3 celery stalks, chopped (optional, if there’s time)
3 family size cans of canned chicken
1-2 TBSP cornstarch
Bring all chicken broth to a boil. Add carrots, peas, egg noodles, and celery. Cook for 8-10 minutes (or pasta cooking time) while you do something else.
When done, add water to cornstarch, stir, and add to soup, stirring until desired thickness. Add in chicken last and keep on low heat until ready to eat. Serve with yummy rolls and butter. Enjoy!
