John 16:30
These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
I love how positive the Savior was! Even when He daily dealt with plagues and sicknesses among the multitudes, corruption and vindictiveness from the Pharisees, and the bitter and overwhelming knowledge of His future horrors, still, He was cheerful.
…Whatever the challenge or trial, know that He has borne not only your sins but your fears, sorrows, and heartaches. And done so for billions and billions of people, just so that we all, very personally, might have joy. That we might have peace. That we might have cheer. He has overcome the world so that we can be happier today.
How can you be more cheerful in your conversation or actions today?”
