Easy Crock Fajitas Recipe
[est. prep time: 5 minutes]
1- 2 lbs chicken tenders
3 peppers (I use the red, orange and yellow in a package)
1 packet chicken fajita seasoning
1 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. oil
Tortillas
Fajita toppings (cheese, sour cream, salsa, guacamole, etc.)
SLICE the peppers. Put peppers and seasoning packet contents in a large ziploc bag. Add water, oil and chicken (no need to slice) and SHAKE till coated.
POUR into crock and put on high for 3-4 hours. Cut or shred, put in tortillas with toppings and enjoy!
