4 Tips to Find Your Inner Wonder Woman When Life Gets Tough

Sometimes we have to lean in to find our Inner Wonder Woman. . .

Whether you’re at a crossroads, going through a difficult trial, or trying to make that leap into something new, here are few of my tips:

1. Be Resilient. You’ve got good growth ahead of you. The past doesn’t have to define you; you can build on it and grow.

2. Trust Your Gut. Your soul knows. As women we tend to doubt ourselves and seek outside validation. Instead of second-guessing, lean in and listen to your soul. Ask yourself “Is this leading me to ultimate good?” If yes, then move forward.

3. Let Yourself Soar. Quit being your worst enemy. It’s not enough to just stay in one place and tread water. Give yourself permission to rise.

4. Try the 3 Ds everyday: Something Difficult, Something Daring, and Something Delightful.
